• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Perfumes/Attars cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

• Defective Product: If the item has any manufacturing defect.
• Wrong Item Received: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
• Damaged During Delivery: If the product arrives in a damaged condition.

3. Return Process

• Provide your order details and a clear photo of the product showing the issue.
• After verification, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you to send it back.

4. Refund Policy

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via mobile banking.

5. Exchange Policy

• Customers can exchange the product for a different size or color (subject to availability).
• Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Important Notes

• We do not accept returns for discounted or clearance sale items.
• Any returned product failing to meet our return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
